Leon Residences

Leon Residence had inspired us to design visually charming and floating residential tower for the neighborhood it belonged because of its vivid lifestyle. While the core part of the building repeats on each floor, it is the balconies that change from one level to another; it is the balconies that defines the character of the building! They actually soften the limits of the building`s slabs, thus minimizing the scale of levels. The building features 14 storeys and common social areas for people to rejuvenate on the top floor. The dynamic relationship that is created among the storeys continues on ground floor and generates a massive striking canopy for retails. Such façade movement of Leon Residence forms a relation and composes a dialog between residents and the living street.
