AL KHAWANEEJ MANSION

Project is situated in the north-east of Dubai, is backed by one side of the plot and fronted by an expanse landscape. To enhance the privacy, we have elevated the villa`s level and created landscape levels with an abundance of green as if in natural hills. Additionally we wanted to create extreme canopies and generous green terraces on the green landscape. By openings on canopies, we let the sunlight come through so that they do not create obscure areas for this luxurious villa. To mitigate the exceed sunlight, we have proposed oak wood sun shade on facades, which also engender an integrated shell for the villa. Besides, floor to ceiling windows and openings allow a fluid continuity between interior and landscapes. The reflection of house by exterior glass and natural water on patio, the villa becomes one with its surrounding landscape.
